PART 1: BONSELLA MOBILE SUBSCRIBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing bonsella Mobile!

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”), which contain important information about your relationship with bonsella Mobile, including your use of the Network Services which Network Services provided by our Operator, MTN.

1. HOW DO I READ THESE T&Cs?
1.1 These T&Cs are attached to your Application. Together they form the agreement between us regarding your use of the bonsella Mobile Services.
1.2 We are bound by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. As a result, these T&Cs contain terms and conditions which appear in bold to draw your attention to these clauses because they refer to your or our liability, indemnities or constitute acknowledgements of fact.
1.3 Where a word or phrase is in Capital Letters, it means it has a defined meaning which you will find in clause 3.
1.4 If you don’t understand any of the T&Cs, please ask a bonsella Mobile representative to explain it to you.

2. WHAT DO THESE T&Cs DEAL WITH?
2.1 These T&Cs are divided into 2 parts –
2.1.1. Part I contains all the terms relating to your use of the bonsella Mobile Services; and
2.1.2. Part II contains the terms which apply if you bought a Mobile Device from bonsella Mobile.
2.2 Please note that where you have financed a Mobile Device through a third party on a payment plan, the terms and conditions relating to the supply of that device and the finance arrangement will be set out in a separate agreement between you and the finance house. This is even where bonsella Mobile facilitated the introduction between you and the finance house. These T&Cs in no way override or replace that agreement.
2.3 These T&Cs only cover the terms on which you may use the Services. They do not cover your purchase of your Mobile Device from a third party.
